STAR provides training and job opportunities to individuals with developmental disabilities so that they are able to participate with greater independence and self-sufficiency in the community. We offer employment training and placement, as well as opportunities to work in area businesses or with STAR’s fulfillment services or work crews.

STAR provides efficient and reliable workers to area businesses at relatively low cost.

STAR workers are trained in a wide range of skills and can assist with bulk office projects, lawn care, assembly work, maintenance, cleaning and fulfillment jobs.

Over 100 workers can complete fulfillment/ light assembly jobs on-site.

Crews are available to work on long or short term projects. Crews are trained in janitorial, maintenance, office clean-up including conference rooms and coffee stations, grounds keeping, yard work, data entry, office and clerical work

Qualified, pre-screened applicants are referred to you for full or part time openings, No hidden or placement fees are charged.
